Orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped within 24-48 hours. Those placed Saturday and Sunday are processed the following Monday. If there’s any delay in your shipment, or if an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll let you know right away via email or telephone. If you order more than one item, and one or more of your items are back-ordered, your in-stock item(s) will be held until your back-ordered item(s) become available. Once your package leaves our shipping facility, we are no longer responsible for the package. 

We do not ship on the following major holidays:

  • New Years Day
  • Presidents Day
  • Memorial Day
  • July 4th
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving (Thursday & Friday)
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day

Return Policy

SaltyGirl hopes you fall in love with the product(s) you decide to purchase, however we understand that there may be times you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We do accept returns of unused products within 30 days and they must be in the state that they were delivered. If you purchased product with a discount we will refund 100% of cost you paid. We unfortunately do not offer refunds on shipping cost unless its on a product that you did not purchase OR a product that is damaged.

You can then carefully package your product and return shipment back to:

We recommend getting a tracking number so you can trace its progress and if you are returning damaged or defective products we will be sure to send you a return shipping label.
